Orders & Payments

1. How can I check my order status?


Log in to your account and go to Order History to view the latest status. You’ll also receive email updates as your order progresses.

2. Can I modify my order?


Because each order is processed quickly, we cannot guarantee modifications once it’s placed. Please contact us at support@finegold.jewelry immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please note: custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shopify-powered options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

5. Will I receive a confirmation email after payment?

Yes. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

6. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted system. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Shipping

1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 5 business days for handling and packaging before dispatch. Delivery times after handling:

  • USA Economy (Free, insured, DDP): 5–7 business days
  • USA Express Upgrade (+$20): 1–3 business days
  • EU & UK Economy (Free, insured, DDU): 5–7 business days
  • EU & UK Express: 1–2 business days
2. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also log into your account and check Order History.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship to the USA, EU, and UK.

  • USA: Delivered Duties Paid (we cover duties and import fees).
  • EU & UK: Delivered Duty Unpaid (buyer pays VAT, customs, and handling fees at delivery).
4. What are the shipping costs?

Economy shipping is free for the USA, EU, and UK. Express upgrades are available:

  • USA Express: +$20
  • EU & UK Express: additional fee shown at checkout
5. Are shipping costs refundable?

No. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

6. Who is responsible for customs duties or taxes?
  • USA orders: We cover all duties and import fees.
  • EU & UK orders: Customers are responsible for VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon delivery.
7. Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at support@finegold.jewelry if you need to update your address. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Returns

1. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags/seals attached, and in original packaging.

Which items are non-returnable?

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom, engraved, or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
2. How do I initiate a return?

Email support@finegold.jewelry with your order number and item(s). We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping (including all customs paperwork for international returns) is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made a fulfillment error.

3. Will I get a full refund?

We refund the product price only once your return is received and approved. Refunds exclude shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

  • U.S. customers: You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • EU customers: You have a 14-day right to cancel (except for custom goods), but return shipping and duties are your responsibility.

    Refunds are not possible for undeliverable or refused shipments.

Exchanges

1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

2. Can I exchange a ring for a different size?

Selected rings may be exchanged for size only in the same style and price. Please contact support@finegold.jewelry for resizing guidance.

Damages & Issues

1. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos at support@finegold.jewelry. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Gift Cards & Final Sale

1. Can I return a gift card?

No. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Are Final Sale items returnable?

No. All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Privacy & Security

1. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We process your data through Shopify with full encryption and never sell your information.

2. Do you store my credit card details?

No. Payments are processed securely via Shopify, and we never store card information on our servers.
