This website is operated by FineGold Jewelry (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a consumer brand of Fabor Kuyumculuk Tur. İnş. Gıda San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and part of the FB Kuyumculuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi corporate group. For U.S. operations, tax compliance, and legal correspondence, we cooperate with our official partner Second Chance Syndicate LLC, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States.
Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to FineGold Jewelry and its affiliated entities. We offer this website—including all information, tools, and services—conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. For matters related to production, export, or compliance, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye also apply.
Section 19 – Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
Section 20 – Exchange Only / Final Sale Terms
- Exchange Only: Exchange-only items are not refundable. Custom-made or personalized items may be cancelled within 24 hours; after that, a 30% fee applies.
- Exchange for Size Only: Rings may be exchanged for another size of the same style. Contact support@finegold.jewelry for resizing.
- Final Sale: Engraved, personalized, or marked final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
