Section 20 – Exchange Only / Final Sale Terms
- Exchange Only: Selected items marked as exchange only are not eligible for refund and can only be exchanged. For made-to-order items, you may cancel within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
- Exchange for Size Only: Selected rings can only be exchanged for another size in the same style and price. Contact support@finegold.jewelry for resizing guidance.
- Final Sale: Engraved and personalized items, as well as products marked final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.
