Handling Time
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged. Please allow 5 business days for handling before dispatch.
Delivery Options & Transit Times
- USA Economy (Free, insured, DDP): 5–7 business days after handling.
- USA Express Upgrade (+$20): 1–3 business days after handling, with priority handling and faster claims support.
- EU & UK Economy (Free, insured, DDU): 5–7 business days after handling.
- EU & UK Express (insured, DDU): 1–2 business days after handling.
Transit times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
Insurance & Risk
All shipments include insurance against loss or damage until delivery. Express services provide priority handling and faster claims resolution for added peace of mind.
Duties & Taxes
USA Orders (DDP): FineGold Jewelry ships Delivered Duties Paid. We cover customs duties and import fees on your behalf. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated automatically at checkout and remains the buyer’s responsibility.
EU & UK Orders (DDU): For shipments to the European Union and United Kingdom, FineGold Jewelry ships Delivered Duty Unpaid. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees upon delivery.
Note: Due to recent U.S. de minimis import rule changes, rare customs delays may occur despite our DDP coverage. We actively monitor and inform customers if affected.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, it will be treated as a final sale. No refunds or reshipments are available in such cases.
Force Majeure & Unexpected Events
Events beyond control — such as extreme weather, customs strikes, or logistics disruptions — may occasionally impact delivery schedules. We kindly ask for your patience in such cases.

- Are shipments insured? Yes, all orders are fully insured until delivery.
- Do I pay duties or taxes? USA: Duties are covered by us (DDP). EU & UK: Buyer pays duties and VAT (DDU).
- What if my package can’t be delivered? Undeliverable or refused shipments are final sale and not eligible for refund.
- What if there are delays? For weather, customs, or other delays, please contact us — our mindset is always solution-first.
