Return window
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Condition
To be eligible, items must be unused and unworn, with all original tags/seals attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return (RMA)
Email support@finegold.jewelry with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Items sent back without an RMA aren’t accepted.

Note for U.S. customers: Returns are international. Unless the item is defective or we made a fulfillment error, you are responsible for return shipping (including any customs paperwork). We’ll share the correct HS code and instructions in your RMA email.
Non-returnable items (final sale)
- Pierced earrings and earring components (for hygiene and safety), unless defective or not as described.
- Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Sale/clearance items marked Final Sale.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the original item (if eligible). Once accepted, place a new order.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed after our approval and you don’t see the refund, contact support@finegold.jewelry.
EU customers (14-day right to cancel)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel from delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unworn/unused with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase. (This does not apply to custom/personalized goods.)
Shipping delays (pre-shipment)
If we ever can’t ship within the promised timeframe, we’ll email you. You can agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
Gift card balances (U.S. states)
Where required by law (e.g., California), small remaining gift card balances may be redeemable for cash—see your state’s rules.
